Course Requirements

All students are required to hand in the following documents to secure a place in the full phlebotomy course.

  • Cleared Background Check and Drug Screen*
  • Copy of valid government issued ID that includes date of birth
  • Proof of a U.S. high school education or equivalent
    copy of high school or accredited college transcript or proof of passing the GED, HiSET or CHSPE exam
  • English Proficiency
